Roberts Residential Letting is a fresh and dynamic Edinburgh letting agents with a long-term vision for property rental in Edinburgh. Providing an honest, professional and personal letting agent service, whilst seeking out and developing new ideas to benefit landlords and tenants.

The scope
In the highly competitive rental market in Edinburgh, the scope was to design and build a website that promoted Roberts Residential services to tenants and landlords and to advertise available properties.
The property listings were to be updated daily and the search mechanism needed to be able to search across multiple search fields. It was essential that the site could be easily found amongst the huge number of letting agencies in Edinburgh.
Design, functionality and the result
The site is populated daily via XML feed from the client’s property management software, this allows the user/tenant to search across multiple fields including district, bedrooms, price and furnishing. The search results return property features, an image slider, google map, long description and a call to action which links straight into a dynamically populated enquiry form. Google reviews have also been configured and the home page displays a ‘Featured Property’ mechanism for specific property advertising.
The site is continually optimised for Search and a Google Ads campaign continues to be deployed.
